The manufacturing process involves:

 

Foaming and Sheet Preparation – Ensuring consistent density and elasticity.

Thermoforming with Precision Molds – Defining the external shape and cavity depth.

Even minor temperature fluctuations can affect results. “A deviation of just three degrees Celsius can cause warping or surface wrinkles,” said one technical manager. This precision-driven process has made automated thermoforming lines a standard investment for high-end case manufacturers.

Eco-conscious materials made from recycled EVA and solvent-free adhesives.
