Cost propagation and product structure shifts: brands are bundling keyboards + protective cases (EVA cases) as optional/kit items to offset increased landed cost into higher average order value.

Delivery strategy: More sellers are using regional warehousing and alternative routing to reduce single-shipment customs risk; EVA case suppliers are accommodating this via small batches and multi-logo customisation.

Price negotiation is increasingly anchored on “visible cost” (materials) and “hidden cost” (tariff deposits, logistics surcharges) — packaging size, weight, and shock-protection specs become negotiation levers.

Implication for the industry: The keyboard-accessory market (incorporating EVA protective cases) is under cost pressure; logistics/clearance risk means suppliers and brands must rethink bundling and supply chain agility.
