The “high-quality, lightweight, protective” case market is a niche but growing: for earbuds, wireless chargers, tools, even AR/VR accessories — all needing custom protective carry cases, where thermoformed EVA offers advantages (impact protection, custom cavity, aesthetics).

Develop dedicated product lines or modules for medical device cases: specification must include sterilisation compatibility, anti‐microbial surfaces, foam insert precision cutouts, compliance documentation (e.g., ISO 13485).

For consumer electronics accessories: emphasise custom moulding, branding, colour/surface finish, quick response to model changes, smaller volumes but premium pricing.

Maintain a “premium” portfolio (versus basic utility cases) to hedge against commoditisation. While the commodity protective box market may face pressure, these niche protective EVA cases give product differentiation and margin insulation.
